We created RAW Barbell Club to balance both aspects of athletic endeavors in Australia. We understand that though training is an important and large part of your life, it’s not the only part of your life. That’s why we structure our coaching in an open gym format. Athletes can train whenever they want (we are open 24/7).
For best results, a kick ass coaching.. Our coaches are available for 1-1 sessions throughout the day or in team coaching 4:30pm-7:30pm Monday to Thursday. We also run a Strongman Friday session on Friday’s at 4:30pm-6:30pm (this is our only class)

*Strongman Friday is a specialty class teaching all things Strongman training
Open Gym Coaching allows the athlete to work in their own time with a coach hovering around, answering questions, cueing technique and making corrections to athletes individual programs as needed. RAW Unlimited Athletes have individualised programs that are written specifically for them and their goals.
Our gym has a relaxed atmosphere geared to teach our athletes how to lift properly, and how to get crazy ass strong. Check out our timetable below
