CrossFit & Sport Performance Coach

Stephen (Steve) Norman is a certified personal trainer, exercise scientist and is currently completing his masters in high performance sport. He is a bit of a nerd for the science of training but has no issue doing it himself, being a multiple time regional/sanctional athlete in CrossFit and youth state/national champion in weightlifting, he has the experience to back it up.

A sub-par golfer, less than average cricketer and mediocre footballer, he pretends to know lots about everything. If you play a particular sport, have a physical job or just want to get more active, Steve can sit and talk with you about those goals and let you know how you are going to get there!

Strength & Conditioning Classes

Monday : 4:30pm - 5:30pm | 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday : 4:30pm - 5:30pm | 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Strongman Friday : 4:30pm - 5:30pm
