Though frustrating, It’s understandable that from time athletes get hurt. Whether it’s and acute injury, a little niggle or something that has been brewing for a while. What is important is that we take the necessary steps to plan around the issue.
Are we modifying the training plan accordingly to maximise progress during a somewhat tumultuous time?
