Ashley (Ash) Jones is our resident spreadsheet wiz. The progenitor of the RAW Programming Suite, Ash’s love for programming, problems solving and creating systems are what took RAW Barbell Club to the next level.

Ash considers himself a moderately strong individual and has a passion for SuperTotal the combining of Olympic Weightlifting & Powerlifting. If you are in search of the perfect program that balances complex modalities and capacities; It’s hard to look past Coach Ash.

With and eye for detail and mastery of the “powerlifts” Ash has added 100’s of kilos to peoples total just through simple technical cueing and programming.

If you want to follow the path to getting better, improve your bench, snatch, squat or deadlift, then Ash is your guy!
