Many people believe they need to already be fit, strong and flexible before they start weightlifting. The truth is, Weightlifting is a sport like any other, and regular practice is what makes you fit, strong and flexible. In fact, the first months are arguably the most wonderful and memorable for a new weightlifter because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits. That’s a great feeling.

The RAW barbell family is made up of some of the most positive, empowered and motivated people we know. Lifelong friendships are created here. So, if you’re looking to join a tribe and make fitness a part of your life – look no further.

If you’re ready to get Strong and Flexy, then you’re coming to the right place. We understand that diving into something new and challenging can be a daunting decision. This is why we are offering a free 1 on 1 consultation to get to know you and discover your goals and motivation for starting your lifting journey. From there, we will introduce you to our family, and show you the ropes together 🙂
