CrossFit Arete is a local CrossFit box that ran an awesome Super Total Competition earlier this year. It was so much fun that the entire RAW Barbell Club team are ramped up and ready for the one coming up at the end of July. Craig Gibson is one of the owners of this gym and bares his soul on this episode. It takes a while to really get into the weeds but once we do damn it’s deep.
